2,Core Bar Chuck Assembly

3,Rotary feed mechanism

5,Base case

6,Discharge system
The discharging device is composed of a finished product pulling device, an oil scraping device, a discharge raceway, a finished product material rack and an oil pan. The Electric Control System automatically calculates when the end of a finished tube is a certain distance from the end of the tube to the limit position before it is sent into the trolley, signals are sent to the motor of the reducer of the finished product pulling device, and the finished tube is quickly pulled into the discharge raceway, when the whole finished tube is pulled out, the cylinder in the discharge raceway turns the finished tube into the finished material rack. Oil Pan is used to collect the residual oil on the finished product tube to protect the site environment.
7,Main drive mechanism
It consists of Z4 DC motor, belt drive, hydraulic Disc brake and support. The utility model is used for driving the working frame of the cold pipe rolling mill and making it reciprocating. The system uses three-phase silicon controlled rectifier, Z 4 series DC motor to drive the trigonometric belt, which is transmitted to a pair of driving gears in the chassis through a large pulley. The driving gears are engaged with the crank gears, then through the crank and connecting rod drive the work rack for reciprocating movement. In order to enable the rack to stop at a set position (the small opening of the roller) , a hydraulic Disc brake is installed on the support and connected to the motor shaft. 8,hydraulic machinery
The hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic station oil pump, a fuel tank device, a corresponding electromagnetic control valve and a pipeline. Hydraulic System through pressure control valve, flow control valve, solenoid valve to control the accuracy of each hydraulic cylinder to ensure the normal operation of the whole rolling system. 9,Process Lubrication System
The cooling pump is mounted on a separate oil tank; the oil is delivered to the head by a shunting mechanism to provide process lubrication and cooling of the tube blank, as well as lubrication of the guideway, head slide and gear rack in the frame.
10,Electrical Control System
The main motor speed control system and the motor drive system controlled by PLC are composed of electric control cabinet and operation panel. The Control Center of the system is Plc.. The whole electrical control system mainly consists of transmission control system, rotary feed control system, auxiliary control system and so on.
