1,Feeding device

2,Main drive
It consists of Z4 DC motor, belt drive, hydraulic Disc brake and support. The utility model is used for driving the working frame of the cold pipe rolling mill and making it reciprocating. The system uses three-phase silicon controlled rectifier, Z 4 series DC motor to drive the trigonometric belt, which is transmitted to a pair of driving gears in the chassis through a large pulley. The driving gears are engaged with the crank gears, then through the crank and connecting rod drive the work rack for reciprocating movement. In order to enable the rack to stop at a set position (the small opening of the roller) , a hydraulic Disc brake is installed on the support and connected to the motor shaft. To facilitate belt tightening, the Z4 DC motor, belt drive, and hydraulic Disc brake are mounted on a movable support.
3,Headstock unit

4,Rotary feed mechanism

8,Process Lubrication System

9,Electrical System

The whole electrical control system mainly consists of man-machine interface, host control system, rotary feed control system, pneumatic control and auxiliary control system. All low-voltage switches, contactors, relays, etc. are selected domestic first-line products.
The man-machine interface uses a 10-inch touch screen. Some necessary parameters of equipment operation are input to PLC through man-machine interface, and then realized by PLC controlling the corresponding motor or solenoid valve. When the equipment is running, the PLC collects the fault or alarm information through each controller, sensor and so on, and finally displays it on the man-machine interface.
