Structure and characteristics of equipment:
1,Feeding device
The feeding device is composed of a feeding platform, a feeding raceway, a chain wheel transmission device and a pipe jacking. 2,Core Bar Chuck Assembly
The core bar chuck adopts hydraulic pressure form. The loosening and clamping of the core rod are accomplished by the hydraulic cylinder. The axial adjustable stroke of the core bar chuck is ± 35mm to ensure the dimension requirement of the finished pipe.
3,Rotary feed mechanism
The rotary feeding mechanism is controlled by servo motor or DC motor. The size of the rotation angle and the size of the feed by changing the number of motor rotation to achieve stepless adjustment. The rotary feeding mechanism is equipped with a feeding motor and a rotary motor. The tube blank is intermittently fed and rotated through a gear reduction mechanism respectively.
4,Center part
The middle bed is made up of bed, tube blank, carriage, bearing seat, screw Rod, simple lubricating device and so on. The middle bed adopts the welding bed, and the welding parts are annealed. The machine body is equipped with double bearing housing to drive the lead pipe blank into the trolley pull rod bracket, polished rod and so on. The two driving screws are fixed in the front and back bearing seats, one end of which is connected with a hexagonal coupling and a rotary feeding box, and the intermittent feeding of the pipe is realized by the screw nut installed in the pipe billet feeding trolley, screw Rod Material: Special Screw Rod Material YF45MnV. The bracket supports the screw Rod, the core rod and the tube blank. In the process of Tube Rolling, the tube blank is fed into the tube blank intermittently at the back end of the tube blank. When the tube blank is fed into the tube blank, the tube blank into the roof sleeve must be changed to suit the different specifications of the tube blank. In the process of stopping and charging, the billet can be moved into the trolley to control the rapid advance and retreat and stop at any position of the middle bed. 5,Base case
The box body uses the welding piece, the welding piece carries on the anneal processing and the leakage test. In order to facilitate the cleaning of the box body and prevent the accumulation of dirt, a diversion plate is added on the reinforcing rib of the box body. The chassis is equipped with a closed upper cover, which is convenient for automatic operation in design and can prevent the splash of process lubricant and water spray out of the machine and reduce noise. The main and passive teeth are lubricated by oil injection. Gear material: large gear ZG310-570. Pinion forgings 40CR. (other materials and processes can be used according to customer's requirements) the connecting rod adopts 45 # , normalizing. The driving shaft and connecting Rod Pin are quenched and tempered with 40Cr. Rack material: 45, tooth surface quenching treatment. MACHINE BASE GUIDE RAIL: the Guide rail adopts separate or integral structure, the material is HT300 casting. Bearings are lubricated with grease.
6,Discharge system
The discharging system is composed of v-shaped groove and discharging platform. The v-shaped trough and the discharge platform are each a welded body. The discharge length can be designed according to the user's requirements. An oil pan is arranged under the discharge platform to solve possible residual liquid in the pipe.
7,Main drive mechanism
It consists of Z4 DC motor, belt drive, hydraulic Disc brake and support. The utility model is used for driving the working frame of the cold pipe rolling mill and making it reciprocating. The system uses three-phase silicon controlled rectifier, Z 4 series DC motor to drive the trigonometric belt, which is transmitted to a pair of driving gears in the chassis through a large pulley. The driving gears are engaged with the crank gears, then through the crank and connecting rod drive the work rack for reciprocating movement. In order to enable the rack to stop at a set position (the small opening of the roller) , a hydraulic Disc brake is installed on the support and connected to the motor shaft. To facilitate belt tightening, the Z4 DC motor, belt drive, and hydraulic Disc brake are mounted on a movable support.
8,hydraulic machinery
The hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic station oil pump, a fuel tank device, a corresponding electromagnetic control valve and a pipeline. Hydraulic System through pressure control valve, flow control valve, solenoid valve to control the accuracy of each hydraulic cylinder to ensure the normal operation of the whole rolling system. The hydraulic cylinder comprises a core Rod Chuck Oil Cylinder (1 medium and low pressure) .
9,Process Lubrication System
The cooling pump is mounted on a separate oil tank; the oil is delivered to the head by a shunting mechanism to provide process lubrication and cooling of the tube blank, as well as lubrication of the guideway, head slide and gear rack in the frame.
10,Electrical Control System
The main motor speed control system and the motor drive system controlled by PLC are composed of electric control cabinet and operation panel. The Control Center of the system is Plc.. The whole electrical control system mainly consists of transmission control system, rotary feed control system, auxiliary control system and so on.
